Catherine (Traylor) Ryan, of Little Rock passed away Saturday, January 10, 2009. She was a retired registrar for the Arkansas Health Department in Little Rock, a faithful member of Grace Lutheran Church for many years and an avid razorback fan who never missed a game if possible.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles ?Chappie? Ryan; two brothers, Myron J. and Ben F. Traylor; four sisters, Virginia Bailey, Addie Mae Mack, Helen Elam and Jean Travis. She was known as ?Aunt Catherine? to all and is survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of good neighbors and friends.
Memorials may be made to Grace Lutheran Church, 5124 Hillcrest Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205.
Funeral services will be held 12:30 P.M., Thursday at Grace Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Little Rock National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St. 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
