Cecil Wayne Carr, age 72, of Alpine, passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016 in Hot Springs. He was born March 9, 1944 to the late Guy C. and Rachael Loyd Carr. Cecil was a retired sawmill worker at Curt Bean Lumber Co. and a Christian.
Survivors are several nieces and nephews.
