Cecil Howard went to be with the Lord January 10, 2014 at the age of 88. He was born March 26, 1925 to Clarence V. & Netha Howard. He graduated East End High School, was a retired wood maker and loved gardening & fishing.
He was preceded in death by his Mom and Dad, four brothers; Alfred, Buck, Clarence Jr., Leslie & twin sisters whom died at birth. He is survived by two brothers; Abner (Dorothy) Howard of East End, Bill (Madelline) Howard of OR, one sister, Iola Smith of East End, many nieces, nephews & other relatives that loved him very much.
Pallbearers will be his nephews. Visitation will be at Huson Funeral Home Sunday, January 12th from 6 PM to 8 PM.
Graveside services and the burial will be at Salem Cemetery at 2:00PM, Monday, January 13, 2014. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Salem Cemetery.
