Charlene Tuel Ratcliffe died peacefully on April 15, 2017 at a Dallas,Texas nursing home. She was born December 20, 1921 to Charles W. and Fae L. Tuel in Little Rock. Charlene was President of the Fuller PTA for two years and retired from Borden Dairy where she worked as a bookkeeper. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church at Ico.

She was predeceased by her parents and a daughter, Margaret Dreher of Sheridan. Charlene is survived by her daughter, Rita Archer (Sam) of Dallas; son-in-law, Gene Dreher; her grandchildren, Pam Whittle (Butch), Dawn Archer, Marcy Ply (Kip) and Genia Elsey (Clay); six great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be held on Monday, April 24 at 11:00 a.m., preceded by visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.) officiated by Bro. Jim Easley. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery, Hwy 58 in Sheridan (Ico). In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethel United Methodist Church.
