Charles Lindel Adcock 87 of Arkadelphia passed away Sunday, November 24, 2019. Lindel was born June 9, 1932 in Fendley Arkansas to Charlie and Essie (Pierce) Adcock. Lindel was a United States Air Force Veteran, attended Second Baptist Church and was most know to all as the auto mechanic for Shepherd’s Auto Sales.

He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother; Ozell Adcock, two sisters; Estelle Runyan and Lorene Hughes. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years Betty Sellers Adcock, stepson; Timothy Golden Quitman, two grandsons; Charles Golden, and Chad Wyatt, one granddaughter; Shanna Jackson, four great-grandchildren, six nephews and two nieces.

Visitation will be held at Ruggles Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 27, 2019 with the funeral service beginning at 2:30 p.m. Interment will follow the funeral service at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens with Randy Johnson, Chad Wyatt, Charles Golden, Frank Adcock, Don Runyan and James Fuller as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to the Second Baptist Church 815 S 11th St. Arkadelphia, AR.71923 or Alzheimer’s Arkansas 201 Markham Center Dr, Little Rock, Ar. 72205.
