Charles Edward Brooks, 80, of Scott, passed away June 9, 2015. Born in North Little Rock to Rufus and Opal Wilson Brooks, he is survived by his wife, Mary Brooks; children, Richard, Jimmy, Charlotte, Rebecca and Robin; and one sister, Joyce Carter (Bill).
