Charles Edward Howell, 68, of Haskell, Arkansas passed away February 14, 2016. He was born December 13, 1947 in Steele, Missouri to the late Elmer C. and Gladys Overturf Howell.
Charles served in the United States Air Force and worked in the radio industry as a manager.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Jowanda Camp Howell.
Left to cherish his memories are his daughter, Casson Brock and husband Eric of Haskell; son, Justin Howell of Malvern; grandchildren, Haven Brock, Eric Brock, Jr., and Harrison Howell.
