Charles Hudson

Charles Henry Hudson, 68, of Donaldson moved to Heaven May 12, 2017. He was born in Dalark, AR on January 10, 1949 to Henry and Louise (Howell) Hudson, both deceased. He is survived by one sister, Diane Jackson of Round Hill.

Those who remain are his wife of 45 years Nancy (Hodges) Hudson of Donaldson, AR; three sons Steven & Freela Hudson of Donaldson, Randy & Danna Hudson of Donaldson, and Michael & Allison Findley of Hot Springs; six grandsons Alex Hudson of Benton, Jonathan Hudson with wife Mackenzie of Benton, Caleb Messinger of Donaldson, Tate Barnett of Murfreesboro, Zane Barnett with wife Sandra of Murfreesboro, and Seth Findley; granddaughters include Audra Hudson and Savannah Hudson both of Donaldson, Laura and Abby Findley both from Hot Springs, and three great grandchildren.

Charles leaves behind so many dear friends from Agape Church of which he was a faithful member for over 24 years, and Faith Builders Church, both located in Little Rock, AR. He loved the Lord with all his heart, and demonstrated a strong faith every day. He retired from the National Guard as a Staff Sergeant after 20 years of service, retired from International Paper Company, and was a retired teacher and principal. He owned a computer business with his family for almost 20 years. He was an avid pilot, and art collector. Other hobbies included traveling abroad with his wife and family, who he dearly loved.

Visitation services will be held at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia on Tuesday May 16, 2017 from 6 to 8 PM. Funeral services will be Wednesday May 17, 2017 at 11 AM in Ruggles-Wilcox Chapel with burial to follow at Round Hill.

Pallbearers will be Randy Hudson, Steven Hudson, Jonathan Hudson, Michael Findley, Caleb Messinger, Greg Hodges and Kenny Jackson.
