Charles Franklin Roberson Sr.

Charles Franklin Roberson, Sr., 91, passed away at his North Little Rock home on October 20, 2026. He was born to John and Bama Roberson on February 19, 1935, in Lonoke.

He was a man proud of his many nicknames. He served many years as a Justice of the Peace on Pulaski County’s Quorum Court. He was a member of Big Rock Masonic Lodge. He also served many years as a deacon at Levy Church of Christ.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, stepmother Theda Roberson, his loving wife Edna, his sons Chester and Frankie Roberson, his great grandson John Mashburn, and siblings JT Roberson, Vandoyne Nailing, Martha Gall, Mary Thompson, Victor Roberson, James Roberson, and Linda Melton.

He is survived by his daughter Deborrah Milam, granddaughter Kellye Mashburn (Shannon), grandson Chester Roberson, Jr. (Laura), great grandchildren Chester Roberson, III, Isabelle Roberson, and Samuel Mashburn. He is also survived by siblings Ruth Whitley, Lois Dereuisseaux, Vann Roberson, Bob Roberson, and Joe Roberson.
