Retired Lt. Col. Charles “Chuck” Wrobleski, a longtime resident of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away peacefully on March 11, 2019 at the age of 87.

Charles was born in Omaha, Nebraska where he graduated high school and earned a Bachelors degree from the University of Nebraska. He was a Pilot in the United States Air Force and Lieutenant Colonel in the Arkansas Air National Guard, Member of the Arkansas Air National Guard 189th Civil Engineering Squadron, City Engineer for the City of North Little Rock, Member of St. Patrick’s Church, a fourth degree Knights of Columbus and Member of Elks Lodge BPOE #1004 in North Little Rock.

Charles was always active with family and friends and liked to stay busy in the community. He loved to fish with his family, hunt with his sons, play golf, loved to garden and spend time with his family. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandkids and great grandkids. Charles will be remembered as a loving and caring husband, father and friend to many.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Sophia; two brothers (John & George); sister (Cecilia); son (David); and his loving wife, Beverly Wrobleski.

He is survived by his 6 children, Mike (Nancy) Wrobleski of North Little Rock, Susan Wrobleski Kuehner of Little Rock, Karen McSwain of North Little Rock, Janet Malone of Imboden, Brian (Faye) Wrobleski of North Little Rock and Sharon Sheare of Manhattan, Kansas. His loving grandchildren Justin Allmon, Sean Wrobleski, Audrey Wrobleski, Lauren Delk, Rachel Wrobleski, Kimberly Provost, Bryan (Brittany) McSwain, Brittany Malone, Shayne Malone, Stephen Kuehner, Daena Cole and Krysten Wrobleski. His loving great-grandchildren Jolie Provost, Cora Provost, Cole Provost, Charli Mosley, Asher Sinclair, Lincoln McSwain, Leland and Gauge Malone, Pagan Wilson, Raiden Wilson, Garrett Cole, Kaiden Cole, Tyler Cole, Abigail Rose Cole, and Rowen Cole.

Honorary Pallbearers to celebrate his life will Brian Wrobleski, Stephen Kuehner, Sean Wrobleski, Shayne Malone, Justin Allmon, Michael Malar and Bryan McSwain.

Visitation will be from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m., Sunday, March 17, 2019 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home, with a rosary beginning at 7:30 p.m., Funeral Mass will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church at 10 a.m., Monday, March 18, 2019. Burial will be at Rest Hills Memorial Park with Military Honors.
