Charlotte Bridwell-Purifoy

Charlotte Bridwell-Purifoy, born on March 26, 1963 to Cecil and Elsie Bridwell, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2025, at the age of 62.

Charlotte’s life was anchored in her faith, as she was an active member of the Baptist Faith Church. She had many passions, which included arts and crafts, reading her Bible, and crocheting, and quilting. 

She is survived by her niece, Karen (Seaton) Hill, along with her nephews, Wilbert Seaton, Chris Seaton, Matt Seaton, Nick Seaton, Dakota Hill, and Cody Hill. Charlotte also leaves behind her great-nieces and great-nephews, Everly Heaton, Gage Seaton, Olivia Seaton, Simon Seaton, and Ayleron Seaton.

Charlotte was predeceased by her parents, Cecil and Elsie Bridwell, her sister, Eleanor Bridwell Seaton, and her niece, Janice Seaton.

A visitation will be held in her honor on August 26, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Smith Family Funeral Home in Hot Springs, AR. This will be followed by a funeral service on August 27, 2025, starting at 1:00 PM, also at Smith Family Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will include Marcus Osborne, Dakota Hill, Nicky Seaton, Chris Seaton, Everett White, and Timothy Mitchell.

Honorary Pallbearers will include Walmart Store 52, Village Voice, Doug Hill, Cody Hill, Lulla Hill, Dr. Kyle Roper, and Patricia White.
