Charlotte Annette Billingsley age 76, of Bismarck, passed away January 10, 2018. She was born December 14, 1941 to the late Bland and Alice "Addie" Arnold Tucker. She was a member of Bismarck United Methodist Church.
Charlotte was involved with law enforcement most of her working career. She was a probation and parole officer with the Department of Corrections, a 911 operator and worked in dispatch with the Clark County Sheriff's and Arkadelphia Police departments.
Survivors are one daughter, Susan Wade of Bismarck; two grandchildren, Brandon Wade of Hot Springs and Lauren Wade of Bismarck; step-children, Rocky Billingsley (Michelle) of Bodcaw, Ricky Billingsley (Ella) of Prescott, Ralph Billingsley of North Little Rock and Teresa Bird of Gurdon; one sister, Doris Gilmer of Arlington, Texas; several nieces and nephews; three step-grandchildren and five step great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Bismarck United Methodist Church with Debbie Perry officiating.
Memorials may be made to Bismarck United Methodist Church.
