Charlotte E. Reasons

Charlotte E. Reasons, 70, of Benton, Arkansas went to be with the Lord August 5, 2022.  She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on November 22, 1951, to Jack and Ora Agnes (Lemons) West.

Charlotte was a member of Trinity Baptist Church where she was involved in the women’s group and Sunday School.  She was a nurturer and was willing to take care of people.  Charlotte was known as Nonny to everyone who knew her.  Family was her passion, and she adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  In earlier years, Charlotte enjoyed crocheting, knitting, cross stitching, and baking.  At Christmas, Charlotte often had her grandchildren at her home baking holiday goodies, making a mess and most importantly, memories.

Preceding Charlotte in death are her daughter, Tanya Surles; parents, Jack and Ora West; brother, Jackie West; and close aunt, Odessa Greer.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband of 53 years, Jim Reasons of Benton, Arkansas; son, Tony Reasons and wife Dorothy of Glen Rose, Arkansas; grandchildren:  Austin Kitchens and wife Tyneshia, Kalyn Stearns and husband Cody, Dusty Reasons, and Charley Reasons; great-grandchildren:  Remington and Tyson Kitchens and Sadie Stearns; brother, John West and wife Molly of Benton, Arkansas; her precious fur babies who she spoiled, Sassy and Jasmine; and many family members and friends who love Charlotte and will miss her always.

Family hosting an open-house visitation, from 6:00-8:00 PM, Tuesday, August 9, 3506 Maywood Court in Benton, Arkansas.  Funeral service, officiated by Bro. Mike Titsworth and Bro. Charlie Woods, held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 10, Trinity Baptist Church, 702 Church Street in Benton, Arkansas.  Burial following at Mount Olive Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers are Austin Kitchens, Dusty Reasons, Charley Reasons, Cody Stearns, Todd Herbner, and Randall Houpt.
