Christine Edna Lawrence

Christine Edna Lawrence of Vilonia, Arkansas, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on January 20, 2018, at the age of 102.
Funeral Services will be held at Griffin Leggett Funeral Home, Conway, Arkansas, on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 11 a.m. The Reverend Jay Burns will officiate. Visitation will be Tuesday January 23, 2018, 6p.m.-8p.m.
Christine was born in Chilton, Texas, on April 10, 2015, to Adolph and Mary Lou Hansen. She and her family moved to Texas City, Texas, where she attended Texas City High School. She married John Douglas Lawrence in 1934. They were married 46 years. She is survived by her daughter Johnette Lawrence Burns of Vilonia, Arkansas, and her son John Douglas Lawrence Jr. and his wife Wanda of Blue Springs, Missouri. One brother, Peat Hansen of Denton, Texas. Four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. And many more relatives and friends. She will be laid to rest in Forest Park East, Webster, Texas, on January 26, 2018.
