Cindy Louise Lybarger, 69, of North Little Rock went to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday, April 28, 2016. She was born December 21, 1946 in North Little Rock to A.D. and Aletha Higgins.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Lybarger, of 50 years; daughter, Susan Roach and son-in-law, Brian Roach; three grandchildren, Karsen, Avery and Sam Roach; two sisters, Marilyn Lively, Becky Shrum; brother, Michael Higgins; and her very special sister-in-law, Barbara Walker and husband Ron Walker.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday, May 2nd at Friendly Chapel Church of the Nazarene.
