Clara Helen Neyland

     Clara Helen Neyland, 96 of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, February 21^st, 2024.  Clara was born in Yorktown, Texas on August 10, 1927 to Frank and Regina Ibrom, she was the second born of nine and a loving sibling to Lawrence, Irene, Theresa, Margaret, Bernard, Abby, Bernice and Marie.  Clara was preceded in death by her husband Lenard C. Neyland and her son, Larry Neyland.

     She is survived by her grandchildren: Angie Pattyn-McKendree and husband Jay, Abe Neyland and partner Madison, and Bailey Webb and husband Stephen; great-grandchildren Cayla, Brendan, Meredith, Kynlee, Liam, Jaxson, Keena, and Sophia; great-great grandchildren Kaylee Bell and Tomas. Clara also fulfilled a surrogate grandmother roll to Eric Cooper, Trevor Burns, and Megan Burns.  She will be thought of, remembered, and missed by all who knew her.

     Clara and Lenard settled and raised their son Larry in Pasadena, Texas.  She retired from Montgomery Wards after 30 years of employment, at which time the family moved to Hot Springs, Arkansas.  During her years in Hot Springs, she gained many friends and lived a full and happy life.
