Clifton Claypool

Clifton Michael Claypool, 63, of Benton, Arkansas passed away December 5, 2020.  He was born September 30, 1957 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Perry and Ruby Jean (Sutton) Claypool.

Clifton worked as a truck driver for over fifteen years.  He loved “old school” wrestling and working with wood.  He loved people and was always joking.  Clifton’s family was very important to him and he loved his two sons with all his heart. His sons say "He was a sweet Daddy!".

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his longtime companion, Virginia Lee who he affectionately called “Sugarbutt”; two sons:  Michael “Bubber” Claypool and Justin “The Dude” Claypool; sister, Dena; and many family members and friends who love Clifton and will miss him always.
