Coda Terry Burton age 94 of Okolona died Wednesday, March 11, 2009 in Arkadelphia. She was born February 21, 1915 at Point Cedar, AR, the daughter of Walter and Carrie Hall Terry. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Claude "Red" Burton,
Survivors include one son Tommy Burton and his wife Charlene of Okolona and one daughter Wanda Lee Patterson of Lake Jackson, TX, one sister, Lucille Cox of Houston, TX, 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Funeral services will be 10 A.M. Saturday in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Chapel with Brother Ron Grigsby officiating. Burial will be in the Bethel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Bethel Cemetery Fund or the Clark County Library.
