Cody is survived by his father, Michael Durham; step-mother, Denise Durham; mother, Natalie Durham-Grays; son, Gabriel Weston Durham; Rachel Childers; brother, Evan Thomas; sister, Gracie Durham; grandmothers, Peggy Durham and Kathy Faulkner; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Cody was loved by all who knew him and will be missed always.
