He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving companion of twelve years, Paula Ireland of Benton, Arkansas; children, David Pellegrin (Dixie) of Euless, Texas, Claire Dufrene (Chad) of Marrero, Louisiana and Mary Wagner (Brian) of Slidell, Louisiana, and bonus daughter Heather Hinz (Bill) of Eugene, OR.; grandchildren:  Eric Abadie (Caitlin), Rachel Dufrene, Devan Bertaut (Shelbey), Jeremy Bertaut, Dylan Pellegrin, Drew Pellegrin, Eisley Hinz, and Coen Hinz; great-grandchildren:  Brandt, Houston, and Jules Abadie, and Isla Bertaut.  He also leaves behind his siblings:  Eddie Pellegrin, Jr. (Sue), Berthile P.
