Dale Black

Zack's place lost a loyal customer on December 24, 2017 at the age of 76. Dale Roger Black lived life on his own terms and truly did it his way. Born in Tempe, Arizona, he moved to Arkansas as a young boy. Dale was a member of the 97th Bomb Wing in the U.S. Air Force and decided to continue his education at the University of Arkansas. He was honored being a proud Razorback (even during this season). Dale was also a Director of Human Resources in the private sector and humble father of 3.
In lieu of flowers, he asks that you make a sizeable purchase at Zack's Place and continue to tell the stories he no longer can.
A visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, January 3, 2018 followed by a funeral service at 10:30 a.m., at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
