Dale Keith Van Laningham, 66, of Little Rock, passed away February 15, 2013. Born in Sioux City, Iowa to Earl F. and Velma Powell Van Laningham, he was a U.S. Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Carmical; daughter, Cynthia Parker; son, Dale Van Laningham, Jr.; daughter, Kimberly Van Laningham; son, David Van Laningham; three brothers, three sisters, twelve grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
