Wesley "Damon" Rainwater

Wesley “Damon” Rainwater, 49, of Royal AR, was called home on November 29th, 2025.

Damon was born in Dumas, Arkansas to Clinton and Linda Rainwater. Damon was an avid hunter and fisherman, but trapping was his love. You could always find him in the woods, whether it be hunting animals or arrowheads, he would always come home with a find and a great story.

Damon was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Rainwater.

He leaves behind his wife of 30 years, Janyce Rainwater; son, Dylan (Micah) Rainwater; daughter, Delaina (Shane) Ford; and six grandchildren, Jaycee Rainwater, Tate Gillham, Carson Rainwater, Aliyah Rainwater, Makayla Ford, and Asher Rainwater; brothers, Tracy (Lisa) Rainwater and Billy Chaney Jr.; sisters, Amanda (Billy) Wright, Beverly Chaney and his best friend, Lilly Girl.

Damon was one of a kind and will be greatly missed, and has moved on to the ultimate hunting grounds.
