Daniel Westly Shore

Daniel Westly Shore, affectionately known as "Paw Paw," was born on April 22, 1948, in Benton, Arkansas. He passed away peacefully on August 6, 2025, in Little Rock, Arkansas, leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter.

Daniel dedicated many years to his career, first with Reynolds and later as a maintenance supervisor at the Arkansas Health Center. His work ethic was a testament to his commitment to service and excellence. A proud Marine who served in Vietnam, he held his military service close to his heart, often expressing his pride in being part of the Marine Corps.

To those who knew him, Daniel was always cracking jokes and finding ways to bring a smile to the faces around him. His love for fishing brought him immense joy, offering him peace and a chance to connect with nature.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Judy Shore; his children, Sandy Goodnight (Jerry), Mark Tittle (Amanda) Samantha Lambert, Nick Tittle, Cindy Jacobsen (Shane), his grandchildren, Taylor Richmond (Ryan), Brady Green, Jacob Green (Alexandra), Maleah Lambert, Race, Chace, and Mason Tittle, his great-grandson, Bodie Richmond, and his sister Donna McGaha.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph “JP” Shore and Patricia Ann Shore, and his great-grandson, Emmett Lane Richmond.

The family will be holding a visitation on August 22, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a memorial service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, both taking place at Smith Family Funeral Home Benton, located at 322 N Market Street, Benton, Arkansas, 72015.

Daniel Westly Shore will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege to know him.
