David Elliott Council, 61, of Benton, Arkansas passed away August 18, 2017 at Saline Memorial Hospice. He was born November 16, 1955 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to Max and Elizabeth Elliott Council. David was a master auto mechanic. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Elizabeth Lee Smith. David leaves to cherish his memory his son, Collin Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas; niece, Terri Good of Little Rock, Arkansas; nephew, Jacob Warner and wife Leah of Benton, Arkansas; and many other relatives and friends who love David arnd will miss him always.
