David Douglas Dockins, 47, passed away January 29, 2011. He was a loving father, son, brother, grandfather, uncle, nephew and cousin who will be dearly missed. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
He is survived by his sons, Scott, Jeremy and David Michael; parents, Raymond Douglas and Barbara Dockins; sisters, Traci Smith and Kathy Mittendorf; grandsons, Tristin and Liam; and several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews. We will miss you.
