David "Dave" Doyle Kaut

David Doyle Kaut was born on March 19, 1972, in Houston, Missouri, to Richard and Judy Kaut. He was the eldest of three siblings, with a younger brother, Chad Kaut, and a younger sister, Heidi Kaut.

David, known by his family and friends as Dave, grew up in Summersville, Missouri. From a young age, he developed a talent for working on cars in his grandpa's garage and became very good at it. He would eventually move to Sarcoxie, Missouri, where he graduated from Sarcoxie High School. After graduating his work led him to Little Rock Arkansas. There, he met Joanie, the love of his life, who he was married to for 29 years.

David is survived his wife Joanie, son Michael (Madison), granddaughter Hadley, mother Judy, sister Heidi, grandmother Esther, along with a host of relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Richard, brother Chad, daughter Kayana, and his grandparents.

Remembered as a dependable and hardworking man, David will be missed every day.

A visitation celebration of David’s life will be held on August 14, 2026, from 5-7 p.m. at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street.
