David Allen Kirkpatrick, age 69, of Ferndale, Arkansas went to be with his Lord and Savior on April 30, 2026. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Monroe "Dude" Kirkpatrick and Mattie "Louise" Goodson Kirkpatrick and a nephew, Brandt Allen Crook.
He leaves behind two siblings, Sharon Kirkpatrick and Jimmy Kirkpatrick, and two nephews, Bill Crook (Crystal) and Jae Kirkpatrick. Also left behind are his aunt and uncle, Jack and Ann Kirkpatrick, as well as a host of great nieces and nephews who will all miss him greatly. His last days were spent with his good friend Mike Terai, who also helped care for him.
David was a kind and free spirit, loving all things motorcycle, and was an avid lover and collector of antiques. He was loved and cherished in the community. Lovingly named Uncle Dave to many people, his kindness and willingness to help others was never ending. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, making many trips with his father and nephews to Colorado. He was a member of Po Boy Hunting Club where he spent time with lifelong friends. David was a legend in the community and will be remembered by many generations of local families.
A graveside service officiated by Bro. Stan Payne will be held at Spring Valley Cemetery on Friday, May 8, at 1pm. All are welcome to attend.
