David is survived by his beloved sisters, Dori Rostad of Benton, Arkansas, and Denise Fagin, along with her husband Pat, of Henderson, Nevada. He is also survived by his cherished nieces and nephews: Kelly Shulman and spouse Jordan, Matt Fagin and spouse Megan, Danielle Davenport and spouse Stephen, Shannon Rostad and spouse Sarah, and Jason Salter. In addition, he leaves behind his best friend, Tyler Freeman, and many family members and friends who will hold him dear in their hearts and miss him profoundly.

David was preceded in death by his father, Richard Salter, and his mother, Marylou (O'Dowd) Hale. Their memories will continue to live on through the love and legacy he crafted with those who survive him. David’s spirit and kindness will be dearly missed by all who had the honor to know him.
