David Lee Trevillian, age 42, passed away on January 1, 2026. Born on April 25, 1983, David was a man of honor, a nature lover, and a devoted son, brother, and friend.
A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, David served his country with dedication. Following his service, he found his greatest peace in the simplicity of the natural world. He was an avid outdoorsman who was happiest when he was camping or cooking over a fire, enjoying the quiet of the woods. His warmth and kind spirit acted as a beacon for the many people who loved him, providing a sense of comfort and friendship to everyone he met.
David is survived by his mother, Valerie Shaw, and his father, Douglas Shaw. His memory will be cherished and carried on by his siblings: his sister, Ashley Trevillian; his brothers, Alexander Kinkead, Kenneth Kinkead, and Douglas Shaw II; and his sister, Kristina Shaw. He also leaves behind his beloved grandparents, as well as a large, devoted circle of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends who truly adored him.
Family and friends are invited to gather to honor David’s life and his service to our country.
