Deannine Haley, born on March 28, 1965, peacefully passed away on July 28, 2025. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion and dedication that characterized both her professional and personal life.

A devoted Rehabilitation Counselor for many years, Deannine had a profound impact on the lives she touched, employing her skills and empathy to support others in their journeys toward recovery and independence. Her educational accomplishments culminated in a Master's Degree, a testament to her commitment to personal and professional growth.

In her personal time, Deannine's passions were vibrant and varied. She found immense joy in training dogs, a pursuit that showcased her deep love for animals. Moreover, her artistic spirit shone through in her ability to create beautifully crafted artistic cookies, a delightful skill that likely shared joy with friends and loved ones.

Deannine is survived by her beloved partner, Anthony Portoni, as well as many family members and friends who will remember her warmth, creativity, and unwavering support.

She was preceded in death by her father, George Haley, and her mother, Montie Bill Haley, both of whom undoubtedly influenced the remarkable person she became. Additionally, she is survived by the memory of Jagger, her cherished fur baby, who brought joy and companionship into her life.

A chance to honor Deannine's life will occur on August 22, 2025, at the Smith Family Funeral Home in Benton, Arkansas. A visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by a Memorial Service from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Deannine Haley will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her spirit and contributions will continue to resonate in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
