Debbie C. Cowherd, 64, of Mabelvale passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2017. She was born in Little Rock, AR on December 6, 1952 to Mahlon Clayton and Morine Virginia (Sumner) Carter. Debbie was a Tax Collector with the State of Arkansas who loved cats and never met a stranger, was always a kind and beautiful lady. She was a Nazarene.
She is survived by her son, John Alberson (Kristi) of Jacksonville; Sisters, Mary Barre (Kevin) of Little Rock, Ann Lynn Graham (Walter) of Richmond, VA; grandsons, J.T. Alberson of Cabot and Brycen Alberson of Jacksonville and a host of Nieces, Nephews and many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Robert (Bob) Cowherd.
Celebration of life will be held at Shannon Hills Community Park on Sunday, October 8th at 3:00 P.M.
