Deborah Bivens

Deborah Ann Bivens, age 54, of Rison, passed away on March 31, 2017. She was born May 23, 1962 to Max E. and Barbara (Bass) Watts. Deborah was extremely talented and blessed with endless artistic abilities, specifically oil painting and crafting. She could seemingly take nothing and turn it into something very special. Her ability to see or imagine an image and then place it on a canvas was remarkable. Deborah was an excellent mother and fully devoted to her family. She had a fantastic sense of humor and her family and friends enjoyed every second of her quick wit. She will be greatly missed.

Deborah is preceded in death by her son, Christopher Watts; father, Max E. Watts and grandmother, Ora Mae Bass.

She is survived by her son, Brandon Bivens; mother, Barbara Watts; brothers, David (Samantha) Watts and Todd Watts and grandfather, Paul L. "Mutt" Bass.

Family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home.
