Denise Adams Howard, age 54, of Kirby, passed away on Tuesday, February 8, 2022.

She was born on July 26, 1967, in De Queen, the daughter of Terry Adams and Betty Greenwood Adams. Denise was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Radcliff; her maternal grandparents, Herman and Ruthie Greenwood and her paternal grandparents, Henry and Opal Adams.

Denise enjoyed going to the beach and getting manicures and pedicures. She was a Christian in her faith and always enjoyed family get-togethers. Above all, Denise truly loved her family, especially her grandchildren, whom she adored and cherished spending time with. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her three sons and two daughters-in-law, Matt Kersey of Kirby, Brad and Jenna Howard of Delight and Josh and Stephanie Howard of Murfreesboro; seven grandchildren, Calek Kersey, Drake Howard, Axel Kersey, Hudson Wood, Hank Howard, Sage Howard and Ford Howard; her parents, Terry and Kay Adams of Umpire; her brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Stephanie Adams of Newhope; her sister and brother-in-law, Lauren and Braden Pennington of Umpire; her companion, Michael Brown of Kirby; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, February 14, 2022, in the Newhope Free Will Baptist Church with Bro. Scott Vaughn and Bro. Drew Adams officiating.

Visitation will be held Sunday, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM in the Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel in Glenwood.

Interment will be in the Bear Creek Cemetery in Kirby.

Pallbearers will be Drew Adams, Caleb Adams, Cale Adams, Corey Kosters, Chris Anderson and Jerry Turner.

Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Risner and Dr. David DeSoto.
