Dennie Funderburk, age 57, of Delight, AR, died Thursday, January 12, 2012. She was born in Clark County December 2, 1954, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. George West. She worked as a nurse's aid at the hospital, Home Health Care and was a member of Antoine Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Denise Wallace, and a brother, George West.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Funderburk; one son, James Sweney and his wife, Carla, of Delight; 2 step-sons, Stan Funderburk of Antoine, Greg Funderburk of Curtis; one step-daughter, Lisa Bearden of Delight; 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Sunday at the Antoine Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Bloomfield officiating. Burial will be in the Antoine Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Saturday evening at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia.
Memorials may be made to the Antoine Baptist Church.
