Domingo "Mingo" L. Elizardo, 87, of North Little Rock passed away Thursday, September 7, 2017. He was born March 23, 1930 in Oden, Texas to Frank and Maria Lugo Elizardo.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Jessie Frazier Elizardo; daughters, Irma, Rosie, Ida, and Diane; son, Junie Elizardo; siblings, Josie Lopez of Lubbock, Texas, Emma Molina of Sinton, Texas, Eva Sarate, Ida Martinez, and Raymond Elizardo of Lubbock, Texas; numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his step children, Lenny and Cylinda Starkey; and his siblings, Catherine Rincon and Frank Elizardo.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, September 11, 2017 at Cypress Valley Cemetery in Vilonia.
