Donald (Don) Ballard

Donald Ballard, age 84 of Beebe, went to be with the Lord on June 6, 2025. He was born on February 26, 1941, in Hickory Plains to Lewis and Muriel Ballard.

Don was a retired Engineer for Union Pacific and a member of Open Arms Assembly. He was an avid gardener and loved sharing his produce with everyone.

Don was preceded in death by his wife, Reba Ballard.

He is survived by his daughter Denise Harrington of Beebe; three grandchildren, Jason, Jeremy and Jeffrey Harrington; three great-grandchildren, Payton, Dylan, and Jacob; great great- granddaughters, Ember and Stephanie; three sisters, Doris Hill, Charlotte Hill, and Wilma Perry; and a multitude of nieces and nephews who he loved dearly.

Don was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers, Carthel, Doyle, Gerald and Derald Ballard.

A Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 11th at 9:00 a.m., at Open Arms Assembly, Beebe; with the service to follow at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be at Sylvania Cemetery, Ward, Arkansas.
