Donald E. Savage age 98 of Little Rock, formerly of Arkadelphia died Thursday. He was born in Laclede, MO the son of Richard and Georgeanna Caruthers Savage. He was a retired banker, 32nd Degree Mason, a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Arkadelphia. He was preceded in death by his wife Ruth Davis Savage.
He is survived by one daughter, Nancy Frevert of Little Rock.
Graveside services will be 11 AM Saturday, December 4, 2010 in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens near Arkadelphia with Rev. Carroll Jackson officiating. Visitation will be 9:30 AM Saturday till service time at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia.
Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church Arkadelphia, 107 N. 9th St., Arkadelphia, AR 71923.
