Donna Kay (Harvey) Cleveland of Carlisle, Arkansas passed away March 27, 2018. She was the daughter of Harold and Juanita Harvey, wife of James Cleveland, mother of three children, James, Juanita and Penny; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Family will announce memorial service at a later date. Cremation arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe.
