Donna Janean Frazier, 63, born in Mobile, AL to Joy Smith, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2023, after fighting chronic illness.
She was a dedicated employee with JenCap Insurance for over 16 years as a Senior Underwriter. She loved her Alabama Roll Tide football team, as well as taking care of her dogs at home.
She is survived by her husband Steve Frazier (Arkansas), Mother Joy Smith (Florida), and Brother Brent Smith (Tennessee).
