Donna Jean Jackson age 38, of Sparkman, died Saturday, July 28, 2007 in Little Rock. She was born January 27, 1969 in Oakland, CA., the daughter of William Hannon and Joyce Vargas.
Donna was a homemaker and beautician, a 1987 graduate of Sparkman High School and recently received her Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Ouachita Technical College in Malvern where she was on the dean's list.
Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Jackson of Sparkman; one son Justin Jackson; two daughters, Emily Jackson and Alexis Jackson all of Sparkman; her mother, Joyce Vargas of Sparkman; her father and step- mother, William and Carolyn Hannon of Pleasant Hill, California; two brothers, Mark Hoyt of Dallas, TX and Jason McCready of Arkadelphia; two step-sisters, Donna Marr of Carson City, NV, and Carrie Sandirk of Boise, ID; and her paternal grandmother, Bernice Hannon of California.
Visitation will be 6-8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, July 31, 2007 in Ruggles-Wilcox Chapel with Rev. Donnie Sherrill officiating.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN. 38105.
