Donna Sue Love

Donna Sue Love, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on August 21, 2023. She was born on October 29, 1950, in Phoenix, AZ to Wayne and Wanetta Craig Gibson.

Donna spent many years working at Walmart in various departments. She dedicated her time and efforts to ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that the needs of the customers were met with a warm smile.

She was a wife to James Love for 43 years; a mother to daughter, Tonya Kimrey (Philip Durbin) and son, Donald Kimrey. Donna had two wonderful grandchildren: Zachary and Christopher Baird. Additionally, Donna had the joy of being a great-grandmother to Braelen and Brooklynn Baird.

Outside of her family life, Donna had a passion for collecting antiques. She had an eye for uncovering hidden treasures in flea markets and thrift stores - places she lovingly referred to as "junk" shops. Her home was adorned with these beautiful pieces of history which brought her immense joy.

Donna was also remembered for her remarkable culinary skills. She possessed a creative flair in the kitchen and had an extensive collection of recipes. Meal planning was one of her many talents, and her family eagerly looked forward to the delicious feasts she prepared.

In addition to her husband and children, Donna is survived by her brothers Bill and Kenneth Gibson, sisters Kathy Meek and Janet Gibson, along with numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.

"Every time I think of you, I smile because of all the beautiful memories you left behind."
