Donnie R. Thompson age 57 of the Joan Community near Arkadelphia died Monday, February 11, 2013 at his home. He was born June 13, 1955 the son of the late Melvin and Florence Posey Thompson. Donnie was a millwright.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Betty Wilks; two brothers, Floyd and Bobby Thompson.
Survivors are one daughter, Amanda Riley and husband, Jay of Arkadelphia; three granddaughters, Makenzie, Makaylee and Kaidence Riley; three brothers, Frank Thompson of Joan, Larry Thompson of Gum Springs and Bill Thompson of West Palm, Florida.
Memorial services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, February 16th in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Kevin Jester officiating. Interment will be in Macedonia Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
