Doris Mathews

Doris Ann (Wyatt) Mathews, 77, of El Paso, Arkansas was born November 25, 1939 in Whitehall, Illinois, to Truman E. and Opal Pearline Wyatt, and she passed away November 2, 2017. She married John William Mathews June 19, 1955 in Bowling Green, Missouri. She was a retired LPN and a member of Beebe First Church of the Nazarene.
She is survived by her husband; one son John E. Mathews (Pam) of Beebe; five daughters, Lisa A. Valdez (Alvino) of San Saba, Texas, Donna J. Sturdevant (Craig) of Wellsville, New York, Traci L. Kirk (Micheal), Paula R. Allen and Stefanie R. Henry (Joe), all of Beebe; fourteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Doris was preceded in death by granddaughter Britany M. Kirk, great-grandson Kaiden Kirk, her parents, two brothers, Fred and Larry, and one son-in-law Kevin Allen.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 6, 2017 at Beebe First Church of the Nazarene.
