Dorothy M. Cochran age 80 of Friendship died Sunday, February 27, 2011 in Hot Springs. She was born August 7, 1930 in Winston County Mississippi the daughter of the late Wesley Melburn and Mary Sue Guthrie Pierce. She was a Park Ranger at Degray Lake for Arkansas State Parks and a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include her husband, Lee Roy Cochran; one son, Cecil Ray Cochran of Florida; three grandchildren, Ryan Ray Cochran of Texas; Nathan Ray Cochran of Arkansas; Carrie Ann Deese of Texas; three great-grandchildren, Logan Ray Cochran of Texas; Summer Maria Sewell of Texas; Jacob Eric Deese of Texas; two brothers, Franklin Pierce of Florida; Donald Pierce of Missouri; and one sister, Delsie Coleman of Mississippi.
