Dorothy Tarpley Epperson, age 89, of Arkadelphia died Monday, April 13, 2015. She was was born in Okolona, AR December 3, 1925 the daughter of Hosea and Lizzie Randal Tarpley. She was a former member of Arkadelphia Junior Auxiliary and First Presbyterian Church of Arkadelphia. She was preceded in death by her husband Woodrow "Woody" Epperson, two brothers and five sisters.
Survivors include one son Randy Epperson of Arkadelphia, one daughter, Kay (John) Lowe of Signal Mountain, TN, three grandchildren, Keaton Thomas Epperson, John Richard Lowe Jr. and David Edward Lowe and three great grandchildren.
Services will be 2:00 PM Friday, April 17th at First Presbyterian Church of Arkadelphia with Rev. Drew Smith officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Thursday at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Arkadelphia.
