Dortha Jane Manuel

Dortha Jane Manuel, 87, of Beebe, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on December 24, 2025. She was born on March 10, 1938, in Rosie, Arkansas to Troy and Mable Platt. Dortha served as a pastor’s wife from 1969 to 2012.

She is survived by her daughter; Tena Foster of Chickasha, Oklahoma, her son; Wendyl (Ellen) Manuel of Heber Springs, Arkansas, one grandson; Josh (Deanna) Jeffery of Beebe, Arkansas, seven great-grandchildren, one sister; Shirley (Donald) Hefley of Harrison, Arkansas, and one brother; Troy (Rebecca) Platt of North Little Rock, Arkansas.

She is preceded in death by her husband; Gene Manuel, one infant son; Stanley Manuel, and one granddaughter; Kayle Kelly.
