Dulyla Kassees

Dulyla Abraham Kassees, 59, of Jacksonville, Florida, and formerly of North Little Rock, is coming home to rest in peace. She passed away unexpectedly on July 16, 2020.  She was born November 20, 1960 in Corpus Christi, Texas the youngest of seven children born to Mr. & Mrs. Abraham A. Kassees of Corpus Christi, Texas. Dulyla was a champion swimmer, an excellent cook and a wonderful woman with a smile that brightened any room.

She is survived by her ex-husband; Atallah Kasees, Sr.; their seven sons who were all born in North Little Rock, Arkansas; her mother, sister and brother of Jacksonville, Florida; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as many extended family members in Pulaski County, Arkansas and in Duvall County, Florida.

A Private Funeral Service for immediate family members only will be officiated by Fr. Nicholas Verdaris at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 1100 Napa Valley Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas.   Burial will be at Rest Hills Memorial Park, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock, Arkansas.
