Dutch O'Neal
DUTCH RAYMOND O'NEAL passed away April 4, 2013, at age 70. Born in Hot Springs, AR, he was the son of Dutch Hammond and Catherine Elizabeth Fuchs O'Neal.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Karen Ann O'Neal; daughters, Christie Brown, Ashley O'Neal and Caroline O'Neal; siblings, Jack O'Neal, Patricia O'Neal, Bill O'Neal, Bess Ann Walker, and Tom O'Neal; and his adored grandchildren, Grace and Parker Brown. His brother, Richard O'Neal, predeceased him.
Dutch was a graduate of Catholic High School (1961) and Little Rock University (UALR). His career was primarily in foodservice, including positions with Jay Freeman Company, Griffin Foods, Borden Foodservice and Imperial Sugar Company.
Dutch will always be remembered for the twinkle in his eye as he told a story or joke that was sure to make you laugh. We will miss the magic he created.
A funeral Mass will be held Saturday, April 20 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Souls Catholic Church, 1003 N. Tyler Street, celebrated by Msgr. John O'Donnell. Private burial will be held at a later date.
