Earnestine A. Smith, 82, of North Little Rock, passed away October 3, 2011. Born in Hillcreek, Arkansas to Irvin C. and Christina McGee Allen, she was a member of Cedar Heights Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by her parents, husband, Delbert Smith, a brother and four sisters, she is survived by her children, Jennie Wood of North Little Rock, Jack L. Smith of Corpus Christi, Texas, Henry Allen Smith and Sammy Dale Smith, both of North Little Rock; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be Friday, October 7 at 11:00 a.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), officiated by Rev. Charlie Winters. Interment will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Hillcreek Baptist Church Cemetery in Plumerville. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
